A Day at Return to Gaea

A sacred unfolding in rhythm with nature:

  • This is a time to land, settle, and arrive - into the space, into your body, and into the present moment.

    • Welcome Circle & Intention Setting
We open in sacred circle, grounding into the energy of the land and tuning in to the subtle rhythms of the season. Through breath, presence, and shared intention, we begin the journey inward.

    • Embodied Pilates Practice
A nourishing, grounding movement session that blends Pilates, somatic awareness, and intuitive flow. This practice invites you to awaken your body’s wisdom, connect with your breath, and root into the Earth beneath you.

    • Seasonal Nature Walk & Sensory Connection
Step into the bushland for a guided walk designed to deepen your awareness of place, season, and self. Through gentle sensory prompts, you’ll attune to the natural world and begin to notice how the cycles of the Earth mirror your own inner landscape.

  • The middle of the day invites nourishment on every level—body, heart, and spirit.

    • Shared Seasonal Lunch
Gather for a lovingly prepared meal featuring local, wild caught seafood with seasonal, garden grown , plant-based options available. This is a time to slow down and enjoy the sacred act of communal eating.

    • Sacred Medicine Making Workshop
Guided by Earth-based wisdom and the Element of Air, you’ll craft an aromatic smoke remedy from wild foraged botanicals. Working with Indigenous plants, woods, resins and gums, you’ll learn about the energetics of the season and how the Earth’s cycles reflect and support the cycles within you as a woman. This is both a creative act and a sacred remembrance of your place in the web of life.

    • Guided Ritual and Rest Practice
Settle into deep stillness through a guided ritual designed to support integration, inner listening, and connection with the seasonal energies of the Earth.

    • Fire Circle and Reflection
We gather in sisterhood around the fire to share stories, insights, and gratitude - closing the day in sacred circle sipping a handcrafted Violet flower elixir.

This is a space to honour the cyclical nature of womanhood and how it mirrors the cycles of the Earth - ever-changing, intuitive, and wise.

    • Live Music
As the light softens, we’re held by the warmth of connection and the soulful sounds of live music from a local musician - an invitation to be present, open-hearted, and in harmony with all that surrounds us.

    • A seasonal plant medicine made with your own hands and intention

    • A deeper connection to your body, the Earth, and cyclical wisdom

    • Simple, supportive practices to take home

    • A printed seasonal guide to support your integration

    • A felt sense of renewal, clarity, and belonging
